How to search

Choose your favorite way to search:

·         Precise search engine with prompter - ideal if you do not know the error-free code of a product. It will give you a list of proposals.

·         The drop-down menu at the top of the screen

·         Detailed list of categories – available at the bottom of the main page

·         Advanced search with the possibility of a restriction to a specific category
After selecting the appropriate category from the top menu or using the precise search engine a drop list of categories will appear, what gives you possibility of restrict your searches.
Notice: a subcategory in which you currently are will be automatically displayed.

Proceeding from the selected category to the list of products you can also use filtering options. Choose products from price range that interests you, those of your favorite brand, having selected technical parameters or simply those available "in stock". Quickly, simply and conveniently.

How to order

To become a customer of our e-shop it is enough to fill in and send to us registration form.

·         insight into your shopping history

·         control your obligations to our company

Please treat your login information as confidential and do not show to any third persons. An order placed by anyone else using your e-mail and password will be shipped to the address given in the registration form, at the charge of a registered user.
Online orders from outside European Union will be treated as a request for offer - they do not obligate to purchase. After calculation of total transportation costs we will present the final offer.

Price policy

Prices presented in Antex Machinery LTDe-shop are realized only for orders placed via this e-shop.

On the product cards net prices ex-works are shown but in the cart summary we complement price information of statutory VAT 20% (for customers from  European Union but only for those which do not have EU VAT number).
Export invoices and invoices for clients from EU countries, who have been authorized to carry out transactions between the EU countries (have valid VAT EU Number), are made out with 0% VAT.

We reserve the right to cancel transactions, in a situation where, for technical reasons, the price shown on the internet is wrong, and a customer would not accept the correct amount. Costs arising from this title will not charge customer.

Return policy

Every customer has a right to resign from the ordered products within 10 days from the date of receipt. During this period customer must inform the seller (Antex Machinery LTD) in writing about the resignation and return the goods within 14 days. Returned goods must be unused and undamaged and together with document of sale. In such case we will give your money back to you - in cash or by transfer on your bank account. If payment was made by card, a refund will be made on the card which was use to made the payment. The shipping cost of the returned goods shall be borne by the customer.

The exceptions are machines and devices of great value - the internet orders of such will be confirmed on our request with an original paper order. Return of such products will not be accepted (apply only for companies).
All customers outside the European Union are asked to order reasonably as the return may be impossible and economically unfounded because of formalities and possible duty fees.

Complaint procedure

In the event of a warranty claim, customer who want to use his discretion is obliged to:

·         immediately notify the warrantor (Antex Machinery LTD.) of found fault and inform of the method of delivery of the product under warranty (in person by the customer, or via courier) to the following address: Antex Machinery LTD, 9000,Varna, Bulgaria, Hristo Botev blv.N1
Properly protect the product for transport. Warrantor shall not be liable for any damage to the product or other damages incurred by the customer, before the actual delivery of the product to the warrantor. In particular shall not be liable for any loss or damage during transport. Damage caused by inadequate protection of the product are not subject to warranty repairs.

The product delivered to the guarantor under the warranty, absolutely must be accompanied by:

·         proof of purchase and warranty document (if delivered with the product)

·         detailed description of the fault

·         contact details (in addition to the return address is necessary to give the contact person and phone number)

The warrantor will not take account of warranty and will not make any repairs in case of claims which do not contain all attachments indicated above.

The warrantor's service will remove the fault as soon as possible, no later than 21 days after accepting the product for repair. This period may be extended if necessary to import special parts (of which the customer will be informed).

Orders realization

Customers from the European Union

Orders placed and paid before 12 AM (12:00 GMT+1) working day, will be shipped the same day. In case the ordered product has run out - we will ship it after refilling our stock (you won't have to wait for the available products - such will be shipped immediately).

Companies
For all orders from EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands and United Kingdom, all we need is a confirmed EU VAT/turnover tax identification number. You'll get an invoice with 0% VAT value.

Private customers
Private customers will get our products directly to home address (in such case, the assortment has an added VAT value according to the Bulgarian rate, 20%).
Our offer is ex-works, Varna, 9000, Bulgaria. When finalising order, customer chooses delivery type.

Deliveries in the European Union are realized through various courier companies (e.g. Dachser, DHL, FedEx, GLS, Kuehne + Nagel, Raben), depending on the parcel's character and parameters. The cost of parcels' delivery to every place in European Union, including insurance, amounts to:

·         25 EUR net for orders up to 300 EUR net

·         up to 10% of the net order value for orders over 300 EUR net

·         orders over 3000 EUR net value (or the equivalent in USD) will be delivered to any place in European Union free of charge (excluding Auctions)

Shipment costs are automatically invoiced as a separate position.

We do not charge any additional fees - you pay only for the goods and their transport. In case you unjustified don't pick up shipped products - they will go back to Antex Machinery LTDand you will be charged for the shipment.

Customers out of the European Union

All ordered and available products will be shipped after customs clearance. In case the ordered product has run out - we will ship it after refilling our stock (you won't have to wait for the available products - such will be shipped immediately). Of course you may wish to suspend shipment until we have all the products you ordered.

Our offer is ex-works, Antex Machinery LTD, Varna, Bulgaria. When finalising order, the Customer chooses delivery type.

If you let us organize the transport, you will be informed about its costs every time before shipment. If you do not accept them you will have the possibility to resign from the order. However, we always choose the customer's optimum.

We do not charge you with any additional fees - you pay only for the goods and their transport. The Customers outside the European Union are asked to order reasonably, because costs of the formalities and clearance fees may make product's return imposssible or economically unfounded.

Customers from Bulgaria

Orders placed before 2 PM (14:00 GMT+1) working day, will be shipped the same day. In case the ordered product has run out - we will ship it after refilling our stock (you won't have to wait for the available products - such will be shipped immediately).

Deliveries in Bulgaria  are realized with the Bulgarian EMS Post or a courier forwarder, depending on the parcel's character and parameters. The cost of parcels' delivery to every place Bulgaria, including insurance and pay on delivery costs, amounts to:

·         Post costs and 20%VAT

·         orders over 300 BGNnet value will be delivered to any place in Bulgaria free of charge

For every shipment of up to 300BGNnet, transportation costs will be added. Shipment costs are automatically invoiced as a separate position and therefore invoice gross value equals the value of pay on delivery.

You make the choice of delivery type (by choosing an appropriate option) when finalising shopping. There's also a possibility of direct reception.

We do not charge any additional fees - you pay only for the goods and their transport. In case you unjustified don't pick up shipped products - they will go back to Antex Machinery LTD,and you will be charged for the shipment.

You choose the payment method at the last step of your order.

(eTransfers) are implemented in a way that the customer who purchase in the online shop chose online payment as a payment method, and is redirected to the transactional service of the bank. After login customer receives a transfer form with the appropriate amount, transfer title and data recipient, all ready to accept. After accepting the transfer, the customer returns to the online shop.
Online payments are support by eCard 

In case of large value orders we reserve the right to change the payment method. When importing any special machines or devices, you may be informed about the necessity of paying in advance. If we change the payment method, you have the right to resign from your order, without giving any explanation.
